On dehypnosis – hypnosis deactivation

Hypnosis now affects almost everyone. Hypnosis often goes unnoticed even in cases of mental illness. Especially when you don’t feel fully present, your head is automatically switched off or you fall into strange states out of the blue: you are very often dealing with hypnosis that you catch, especially in everyday life.

If you think you have discovered hypnosis in yourself, a short exercise of the spiritual body can help:

You can imagine it like a ghost-like dress, over your own body – it’s the part where your consciousness is right now.
This spirit body, which most people would probably describe as the self or the ego, must be guided in certain movements in order to stop hypnosis.
The subject is complex, sometimes the hypnoses are concealed, linked to other constructions or they renew themselves quickly.
In general, you can imagine a hypnosis as a spinning ring. Some see these spinning objects, some feel them.
These hypnotic spinning tops can be located in several spatial axes.
In particular, the 3 main axes, i.e. from the top through the head to the floor, from the back to the stomach at the same height and from one side to the other, should be scanned. In general, the rotating hypnosis rings can be located in any spatial axis.

Once you have discovered the spinning ring, simply move the spirit body once in the opposite direction with a jerk and, after completing a rotation, abruptly in the other direction again.
The whole thing is almost like quickly screwing a bottle cap shut and then opening it again, only along the spinning top.
The hypnosis rings often come loose and you can drop them in front of you and pick them out with a little skill. The hypnosis rings are often filled with information that directs the consciousness to something specific or directs it past an important point.

Short form:

Hypnosis rings are rings that rotate in the subtle realm.
Sometimes they are hidden or appear in combination with other obstructions (see here).
To remove them, you go to them with your own ego or consciousness and register the direction of rotation.
Then comes the bottle cap exercise to remove them:
You go to them with your own mind and turn them jerkily against the direction of rotation, like a bottle cap to turn, and then back again.
Something will pop off that you can read – perhaps it contains information about the originator and purpose of the hypnosis.

There are actually different hypnoses. Sometimes you have to hold yourself inside in the area of the spinning top and on the very outside, on the very edge of yourself and your own fine sheath/aura, so double focus with the spirit body and then do the bottle cap exercise to make it work. It’s like doing the exercise with a double ring, i.e. a cylinder that sticks out of the body, which you then focus on inside and outside and then turn twice.
