Herbal teas—a quick and amazing remedy for many ailments—use the substances in the space between via a nebulizer out of your breath

Herbal teas, which are available at regular drugstores, offer tremendous healing potential when used properly. It’s no coincidence that there’s currently a slightly fading yet enduring craze surrounding herbal medicine, Hildegard von Bingen, and others:

Herbs are gifts of creation and healing sources that have been unjustly overlooked.

Tea blends—which seem to be available everywhere—can do much more than just taste good or serve as a soothing, mild placebo to balance out harsh chemicals.

Bladder and kidney tea, gastrointestinal and liver tea, heart tea with hawthorn, cold tea, and even sleep and nerve tea are affordable and contain excellent ingredients.

As explained in the series of articles on processed foods (see here), we must also revitalize these teas. Sometimes this requires prayer or specific hand movements. Local teas—or even vegetables from this region—can be wonderfully regenerated and revitalized with fresh, blessed onions. To do this, take the onions and gently run them over the space above the food—in this case, the tea.

Each of the typical medicinal teas quickly becomes a powerful weapon against the ailments associated with their names. You can even use the tea without boiling it.

Using a very specific yet effective method, one has an extremely potent remedy that can even be described as a spiritual remedy:

By the way: Anyone who has tried the rapid detoxification method without success may finally achieve the desired results using this approach (see here—Protocol for Rapid Detoxification).

Take a few pinches of the blessed tea or brew it. Then mix it in your mouth with enough saliva so that you can sip it out of your mouth into the air you’re breathing, as if it were soup. Be careful not to choke, and watch out for any heat!

Once you’ve taken a deep breath with the mixed or dispersed tea in your lungs, hold your breath and press slightly against your chest as if you were exhaling—but the breath remains in your lungs.

As described in the articles on spirit candles (here, for example), direct the spiritualized tea to wherever it needs to go. Intuitively, you’ll be able to reach all areas with sensitivity and then focus on ensuring it’s properly channeled—fine, dark residues will likely fall away; these must be dissolved using white substance from the same areas. This requires some practice, though many are already unconsciously familiar with such processes. The articles on spirit candles provide more detailed descriptions.

For those interested in the details: Using the geometric universal ruler or the distances derived from working with the golden ratio (see article in German here) allows for optimal application—a kind of beam from the spirit or from the lungs, combined with the tea’s aerosol, produces the desired effect.

A 14.6% distance from the “initial healing beam” intuitively and systematically seeks out the area that needs healing.

38.2% opens up or harmonizes the area.

61.8% has a dissolving or breaking-down effect.

The final distance at 85.4% pushes away unnecessary parts or any impurities.

Familiarize yourself with these distances—you don’t need to measure them precisely; over time, you’ll develop a feel for them.

With Metta—the uplifting and healing heart frequency—you achieve final healing or consolidation of the healing process. Scholars from monotheistic religions bow in gratitude at this point.

This technique and the knowledge of teas, as well as other substances and all non-artificially bred plants on Earth, is immensely valuable. When people learn to truly enjoy life again—or connect with natural remedies and use them properly (not just mindlessly consuming them—letting something melt on your tongue, inhaling it, or consuming it whole, or “taking it in,” serves a purpose!). Often, every natural substance also has a spiritual component that grants us certain benefits for a few hours, much like a healing star in Super Mario.

Think about this the next time you have a cold, stomachache, or even when relatives are desperately struggling with stomach problems or mental health crises—it’s definitely worth a try!

Unfortunately, there are efforts to block these techniques—be patient; sometimes it doesn’t work, or you might be interrupted. As explained here, there are barriers in front of the forehead, or astral obstructions placed over us, or diversions. But these methods do exist and they work!

Have fun and good luck!
